閃亮的銅管

Shining Brass

閃亮的銅管成立於2018年，為本地銅管五重奏。「閃亮的銅管」象徵陽光氣息和綻放光芒。五重奏由五位來自香港浸會大學音樂系學生組成：吳偉犖（小號）、羅浩暉（小號）、廖君豪（圓號）、唐正科（長號）和陳耀榮（大號），跟隨香港管弦樂團圓號手李少霖老師的指導。

 

閃亮的銅管活躍於香港，旨在透過演出推廣本地銅管樂音樂。閃亮的銅管曾於大學校內及公開演出，亦曾到訪學校作音樂教育演出，擁有豐富表演經驗。五位年輕成員已開始從事音樂教育工作，希望藉音樂宣揚正面思想。

 

Shining Brass is a local brass quintet formed in 2018. The name “Shining Brass” symbolizes a positive image under the sunshine. The brass quintet was founded by five current music students from the Hong Kong Baptist University, namely Billy Ng (Trumpet), Donald Law (Trumpet), Henry Liu (Horn), Ivan Tong (Trombone) and David Chan (Tuba).  The quintet is coached by Mr Homer Lee, Horn player of the Hong Kong Philharmonic.

 

Shining Brass performs actively in Hong Kong, aiming to promote brass music. The quintet has gained rich performance experience in the University and public and gave educational performances in local schools. All young members of Shining Brass have embarked on their music education career and wish to promote positive mind via brass music performances.
